Civil Engineer (Project Manager)

Full-Time & Part-Time

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate: $75 – $110 (Part-Time)

Trans-Pacific Engineering Corporation (TPEC) is seeking a full-time and a part-time (15-20 hours per week) licensed civil engineers with 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development and stormwater system design.

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field is required. Experience in working with consulting engineering firms on government contracts is a plus.

Positions require strong design and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, and with proven experience in managing residential and commercial projects.

The candidates are expected to be self-starters with the ability to prioritize and multitask. The candidates must have an active professional engineering license to practice engineering in the State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities: Undertake detailed designs and manage a range of civil engineering projects including residential and commercial land development, utility layout, E&S, grading, and stormwater management.

The candidates are responsible for collaborating with architects, contractors, and property owners on project design and implementation, capable to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, and ensure project timelines, budget and specifications are met.

Work scope may also include attending bid walks and preparing relevant proposals for new projects.
